Re:Aquaman

[edit]

The page needs to be expanded. It could easily be a Featured Article, if the right amount of information and sources can be attained. There is no production section, which there needs to be. As far as pictures, we need more info to support pictures. Your best bet might be to try Kryptonsite, they have a sister site for Aquaman, and you might find some images there. Other than that, the best images to use are either from actual production (i.e. Director and actor together), or from screenshots of the pilot. If I get a chance I'll see what's out there. A lot of the Smallville episode images of the Kryptonsite watermark. The image isn't theirs, but the watermark is, and if can get permission to use their watermark it's ok. Sometimes it's better to find what you can without the watermark. The link would be good for a production section. It gives a little insight as to where they did some of their filming. As for the images, most government photos are fair use, but sometimes that can change from state to state. Usually a simple email asking of their photos are fair-use is sufficient. For right now, their captions would be enough for a citation in a "production" section. Bignole 17:18, 4 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned fair use image (Image:Aquaman (Mercy Reef) image.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Aquaman (Mercy Reef) image.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you.
