The article Rachel Echelberger has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-WP:BIO notable aspiring model.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.  Glenfarclas  (talk) 07:42, 14 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I have nominated Rachel Echelberger, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Rachel Echelberger. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message.  Glenfarclas  (talk) 07:52, 14 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hi, I left a reply on my talk page, at the bottom. As a tip, though, make sure you add new comments to the bottom of people's talk pages, not the top. If it's a comment on a new topic, you can do this automatically by clicking the "new section" tab up at the top of the page, it's next to "edit this page." That helps keep comments on different topics separate and in order. Thanks--  Glenfarclas  (talk) 08:03, 14 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

January 2010[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with Rachel Echelberger. Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. Thank you.  Glenfarclas  (talk) 08:01, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Well, that's probably the most I've ever watched of the Tyra show. I fixed the reference to the BMG models page, and added the YouTube video in an appropriate place. However, to be honest I don't believe even those references suffice to show notability. For one thing, not every model with a contract needs to be listed in an encyclopedia, and for another, I've at least seen enough Tyra to know that the audience applauds all her guests. You have my best wishes for trying to find anything else in a reliable source that would show Rachel's notability for encyclopedic purposes, but unfortunately for now I have to stand by my AfD nomination. Please let me know if I can help you out with anything else though--  Glenfarclas  (talk) 08:17, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
