(Non-administrator comment) Muhammad, if you want your unblock request to succeed, you have to address your sockpuppetry and promise not to do it again. Also, you are unlikely to be unblocked if you have any intention of promoting yourself or SEE TV again, both of which are topics that have been determined via the deletion process to not be notable enough for inclusion in the encyclopedia; it is up to you to convince administrators that you will stay away from topic areas that have caused problems in the past. In addition, part of the Standard Offer (your most likely route to getting unblocked) is that you wait six months after your last problematic edits before making an unblock request, with no sockpuppetry during that time.
