Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Joel B. Lewis and it's nice to meet you :-)

I wanted to let you know that I've proposed an article that you started, GEO-SAFE project, for deletion because it meets one of the relevant criteria and I believe that the article obviously and uncontroversially does not belong in an encyclopedia. The particular issue can be found in the notice that is now visible at the top of the article.

Hello, I'm Deb. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. So this thing where you keep recreating the same article without apparently addressing any of the issues with it is problematic. The most likely outcome of your recreation is that it's going to be deleted again, and possibly that you will be blocked for disruptive behavior. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia with standards for inclusion (like WP:GNG) and for content (like WP:NPOV); it is not an alternative to an official website, and no article here should ever begin with promotional puffery like "X is an innovative ...". I strongly suggest you seek help from experienced editors, and be willing to listen to their feedback.
