I have nominated The Birds are coming (Painting), an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The Birds are coming (Painting). Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. Fiftytwo thirty (talk) 21:05, 22 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Why have I been blocked? I can't see why you might even have misunderstood something I've written. Please unblock me.

Decline reason:

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

{{unblock|1=Hmm... I don't know who Larry Jefferson etc. is, but I can see why you confused me with them. I don't see how you can base your evidence that I am controlled by that user on similar usernames alone, however, and still wish to be unblocked, or at least allowed to make a new account that isn't similar to a 'sockpuppet'. Thanks, Sally Jefferson (talk) 8:17 am, Today (UTC−7)}}

Your request to be unblocked has been granted for the following reason(s):

After discussing with checkusers we've agreed to unblock this account.

Request handled by: Shirik (Questions or Comments?)

Unblocking administrator: Please check for active autoblocks on this user after accepting the unblock request.

Unblock review

[edit]

Thanks for your unblock request. I need to get some additional information from the checkuser that linked your accounts before I can go further. As such, I'm putting your request on hold until I get a response from him. Regards, Shirik (Questions or Comments?) 16:33, 23 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I've now unblocked your account. Please note your account was not blocked simply because of your name; there was other technical evidence involved that linked you to these users. However, that evidence is weak enough that we've agreed to unblock you under the assumption that you are not the same person. Regards, Shirik (Questions or Comments?) 17:33, 23 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You need to provide references, which can be online or in print. See WP:REFB. Otherwise, it might be better to edit some existing articles, or only create articles whose subjects have been widely covered by sources. Ty 19:37, 23 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages, such as Hyposmocoma mothaninsect, to Wikipedia. Doing so is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. andy (talk) 10:06, 24 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is the final warning you will receive regarding your disruptive edits. If you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did at User talk:Sco1996, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. andy (talk) 12:33, 24 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Sockpuppet

[edit]

Regardless of whether this is a sockpuppet or not, I think this user should stay blocked as he/she seams to have created many random pages. I also am lead to believe that he has vandalised my talk page in the past, but I believe he actually hasn't. Sco1996 | I will respond. 07:28, 22 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
