Linking to copyright violations

Bad link?

On the EKR page there's a passage that says "based on B. Chertok's elaboration of the German R-13 cruise missile design". This is linked to the R-13 (missile) page, which is about a Soviet SLBM. Hello Maury. Thanks for the heads-up. Apologies for the delay in replying. It looks like someone tried to be helpful by linking to the Soviet R-13... which is definitely not right.
