Musicians who are notable as members of bands do not automatically get their own standalone biographical article, separately from the article that already exists about the band, just because they exist. To qualify for a standalone article separately from the band, he has to be reliably sourceable as having independent notability in his own right outside of the band context, such as having released solo albums. This just states that Austin Dickinson exists, however, and doesn't say or source anything about him that a reader hasn't already learned from reading the band article itself -- so you have not shown any reason why he would need his own standalone article in addition to the band already having one.

This sole purpose of retaining talk page access during a block is to use it for appealing the block or to communicate with admins and editors regarding the block. Your cut and paste of Wikipedia content to this page without attribution constitutes a copyright violation and your edits to the content are unrelated to a block appeal.
