Hey Sam, thanks for getting back to me. I was halfway through writing Kitlope Heritage Conservancy when I made the connection to you and your dad's work in making the park a reality - pretty amazing legacy, guys! So, there's a start - a good overview image for the park. I like the mysterious image of Kitlope Lake, but it's a bit overexposed and doesn't really give an overall impression of the place. From there, we can start going over your images from your BC sets and finding homes for them - there's quite a few that could be usable but don't have a specific location in the description - maybe we can use the GPS coords to figure out what's there. There's a bunch of good shots of the Coast Mountains that could go in the sub-range articles. Our Coord template (Template:Coord) creates a nice map with WP articles noted on it - that might be a good tool as well (it's currently down because of a server migration, but should be back up soon). Our category system, accessed at the bottom of a page, is a good way to navigate through geographical articles. If you link me Flickr image pages and articles where they could go, I can make it happen pretty quick. Have you uploaded images to Wikimedia Commons before? If not, I can give you a quick tutorial. Anyways, I'll think more on ways to make this more efficient, stoked to hear from you, The Interior (Talk) 01:27, 17 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Interior,

It's nice to connect with you. Thank you for working on the Kitlope pages. I've uploaded images to Wikipedia using the manual process, but would like to learn a more efficient method. A contact from Flickr (who might be Wikipedia user Geo Swan) offered a tutorial but it didn't sink in. I'm swamped until July, but will revisit your suggestions then and look forward to helping you fill out the BC Wikipedia pages. Nice timing by the way, I'll be in the Kitlope two weeks from now. I'll try to get a better image of the lake for you.

-Sam
