Thanks for your message and good to know you understand the issues with adding content about yourself. The image you have uploaded will likely be deleted as well - unfortunately it is a bit more complicated than just inserting it, even if it is your photo. The copyright belongs to the person who took the photo, not the person in it. Photos on wikipedia must be under a particular type of licence (Creative Commons) - you can read all about that here. I'm not an expert on images, sorry, but if you really want that image to be used and are having trouble understanding the licensing (as I do!), then a good place to ask questions about how to do that is here. Hi again. As far as I'm aware, the image has to be explicitly licensed, so there are some things you have to do when you upload it to make sure the permissions are clear and then it won't be a problem. See more here. Melcous (talk) 11:22, 31 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
