You're not supposed to remove comments from discussion pages. In fact your not even supposed to edit other users' comments for errors. I understand you may disagree or take offense to the comments, but it is not good to remove them. The best idea is either to respond to the comments or ignore them completely. --Wildnox 17:40, 23 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

-- The anon user in question is repeatedly vandalizing this page, without any hint of sources, neutrality of point of view, etc. He/she/it has started using the talk page to carry on the vandalism. Removing libelous comments is a far smaller no-no than violating the rules regarding biography of living persons. Do you have any suggestions for how to proceed? Samdmd 17:44, 23 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Just keep reverting the main article edits, as the majority of what the user insert was POV, and violates WP:BIO. As for the talk pages, my suggestion would be just to ignore the users posts there. Maybe explaining your point in talk would help, but from the users post I have a feeling he/she will not be too open to discussion. If this gets out of hand maybe trie Wikipedia:Resolving disputes, there is a long list of steps there. --Wildnox 17:51, 23 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I would say step one is to go to the AFD page and vote keep on the article, step two is to source the unsourced parts of the article, and after that I'm not sure. I did go to the AFD and vote keep myself, as it doesn't appear that the page meets the criteria for deletion. --Wildnox 02:57, 26 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. I appreciate your help. Samdmd 03:01, 26 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Additionally, you may want to sign your comment on the AFD page. --Wildnox 03:14, 26 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
