Your recent edits[edit]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 12:55, 11 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Religion in India - your edits[edit]

Hi. I reverted your edits re the number of Hindus in India in 2008. The article referenced gives an updated estimate of the 2008 population of India but does not say how many are Hindus. But, more importantly, it is better to find a third party reliable source that backs up a number (the 908 million) rather than to reference a wikipedia article for the information. If the referenced wikipedia article contains a reliable source for the number, use that source instead rather than citing the wikipedia article. Thanks and happy editing! --Regents Park (sniff out my socks) 15:09, 29 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
