P.S. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you need help with anything or simply wish to say hello. :)

Hi, thanks for the message! You might want to look into Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for your images because those that are untagged or are without a verifiable source may be deleted. Oh, and one more thing: Please sign comments with four tildes (~~~~). It produces a link to your user page and a timestamp. Thanks! :) Sango123 13:51, August 8, 2005 (UTC)

hello

I do look at this page. I meant to say thanks. So here it is: thank you :D SKS2K6 05:05, 4 September 2006 (UTC)

Unspecified source for Image:V257851 CROP1.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:V257851 CROP1.jpg. I notice the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this file yourself, then there needs to be a justification explaining why we have the right to use it on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you did not create the file yourself, then you need to specify where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the file also doesn't have a copyright tag, then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Abu Badali 00:42, 8 September 2006 (UTC)

I'm really surprised people try to use CSD A7 as an excuse to remove any article. It's not based on any official guideline and its use is highly contested. For your information Papaya (group) is as notable as any other K-pop artist that has released atleast 2 albums. It was also made clear that other notable artists did cover their songs. What comes to Kang Se Jung is matter of her being leading figure after two members left the group. If you think the articles don't make it clear, you're free to tag them with {{expand}} or any other non-vanity tag. Monni 04:23, 8 September 2006 (UTC)

CSD A7 is official policy, so I'm not sure what you mean by "not based on any official guideline". As policy, it is even better than a guideline (whether "official" or not). As for the "highly contested" nature of CSD A7...I can't say if it really is highly contested, except to note that there is some discussion about it on the relevant talk pages, and it doesn't indicate to me that it is "highly" contested...besides, it's not been so contested as to have been removed from the CSD page. In any case, I guess this is all moot as the page may have been wrongly tagged; I expect most people will say the group has enough notability, according to WP:BAND: "Contains at least one member who was once a part of or later joined a band that is otherwise notable..." --C S (Talk) 05:57, 8 September 2006 (UTC)
Then I guess the article should be expanded. I tagged the Papaya page, because I read the other page which has a list of "tests" to see if it's notable. None of them got many google results, and it didn't have a cult following or a large fan base, so that's why I tagged the page. And by the way, I was in Korea when Papaya was around, so I know how notable (or not notable) they are, but I guess the articles should have been expanded rather than deleted. mirageinred 19:48, 8 September 2006 (UTC)

Image:NedLamont.jpg listed for deletion

An image or media file that you uploaded or altered, Image:NedLamont.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion. Please look there to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. Abu Badali 10:29, 22 September 2006 (UTC)

Image:NedLamont; I didn't upload the original image

I wasn't the one who uploaded the original image. I had to upload a new version because someone photoshopped it with the KKK. I just used the source previously listed on the page. What am I supposed to do? mirageinred 17:17, 23 September 2006 (UTC)

If you know who owns the image's copyrights, you can help by adding this information to the image description page. If you don't, you don't really need to do anything nor feel guilty about it. Eventually, some admin will delete the image. --Abu Badali 20:24, 24 September 2006 (UTC)
I read your reply. It still upsets me because he is a prominent politician and I also happen to admire him. Oh well. mirageinred 23:05, 24 September 2006 (UTC)
There's a great chance that a public-domain image of this politician may be found on some official government page. Try to find one and upload it to Commons. I'll do some search on my part too. --Abu Badali 23:08, 24 September 2006 (UTC)

sourcing?

You removed a {{no source}} notice from Image:024600192s150hs9.jpg recently with the edit summary of "this image has a source". There is no source listed, did you mean you had one but would add it at a later time? — pd_THOR | =/\= | 04:06, 24 September 2006 (UTC)

Question

Hi. I'm not a regular wikipedia editor (modifier?), so I'm not sure if it's appropriate to make this sort of inquiry on someone's talk page, so please forgive me if I'm out of line. I noticed that after I created the article "Magic words (politics)", but before I was able to set it to redirect to Buckley v. Valeo, you had tagged it as "patent nonsense." Noting this, I have in the meantime pulled for rewriting my edit of Buckley that discussed the magic words. To aid me in my rewrite, I was wondering if you could tell me, generally, what the problem was with the text as you saw it. The way the tag read the possibilities run the gamut from a confusing writing style, to the article being just plain wrong, to a lack of supporting context or history. Thanks. -csswasey

Actually, I've just been rereading it myself and it is just badly written, no questions asked. That'll teach me to try to write an article on a whim at 1:00 AM. My apologies. -csswasey

sore loser

why do you want to delete the article Sore loser? (It's fine if you delete it.) Could you please explain why? Thank you. Ilikefood 18:32, 1 October 2006 (UTC)

Sore loser is another term for Bad Sportsmanship. It's a term that's commonly and casually used. Ilikefood 18:40, 1 October 2006 (UTC)

I have changed the tag on sore loser from csd to prod. The article is not patent nonsense in my opinion. Please make sure that the method of deletion that you propose fits with the article's content. However, I'm open to an explanation of how it is patent nonsense. Picaroon9288 18:39, 1 October 2006 (UTC)

Userboxes about religion

I saw your first userbox and I agree - userboxes shouldnt be banned for saying something about religion. Is it true we cant say anything about religion in a userbox then? If I want to say "user who enjoys critical analysis of Christianity" - is that bannable? Is there any round about way of saying this without getting banned? --Matt57 02:29, 12 October 2006 (UTC)

Regarding your edit of Kumi Koda

I'm just wondering, isn't Exile just 5 dancers and 2 singers? --Chsf 19:34, 25 October 2006 (UTC)

Well, actually at the moment there is officially only one singer in EXILE after Kiyokiba left earlier this year. They held auditions for a replacement, and have chosen one, it's just not 100% official yet. Their music isn't all that different from some Japanese boybands - besides there are not only pure bubblegum pop boybands, there have for instance been plenty of R&B boybands in America like B2K, and also keep in mind that the Japanese music business is very inconsistent when it comes to style - especially for the so-called idols that might do songs from all popular genres. You should also remember that they started when they still were teenagers some 7 years ago. Anyway, stylewise I would place EXILE in the urban contemporary genre, and if we compare them to a similar act, Chemistry, you'll also see that the members of EXILE are as involved in the making of their own music. Those who have contributed to the music have always been the singers, who in the later years have written the lyrics for EXILE's songs, in the beginning everything was taken care of by other people. --Chsf 20:05, 25 October 2006 (UTC)

Hi, just wanted to say thanks for all of your hard work on so very many Korean pop-culture articles. Thought you might be interested in joining Wikipedia:WikiProject Korea, started by User:Good friend100. It would be nice if a pop-culture working group could be formed, and you would be an indispensable part of one. In any case, thanks again for all your hard work. Question?

Hi, it's me - Maira (I just realized you don't know my name >.<) I was hoping you wouldn't mind answering my question. Since your the only one I know - well aquainted with on Wikipedia =)

I was viewing BoA, and was thinking about making a Discography for her albums. I'm not sure if it's a good idea though. What do you think?

I know it's a pointless post, and I'm sorry to bother you; but I was just wondering because I didn't want to make a pointless page and then get in trouble.

Sinbihaeyo 06:51, 5 November 2006 (UTC)

I feel awfully stupid now >.< I'm sorry - I didn't know there already was a page for her discography. When I searched for it I mis-spelled it which is why I didn't end up with any results -_- I just thought that a discography page might allow more clean-up on the page since there's a lot of excess information about her albums. I don't want to delete anything then get bashed on by other fans for deleting 'valuable' information.
I think I'm too slow (or too sleepy because I didn't fully understand what you meant by FTTS's album page(?) >.< Sorry - I think I am tired (my contacts are killing me -.-)
I just up-dated the Zhang Li Yin page to include recent events and her debut, however in some of the crediting the links don't show up; though the Wikipedia code does. Did I do something wrong? I think I'm not allowed to have two links right next to each other..
I wouldn't mind helping you in expanding pages at all ^^ Although I should warn you I'm kind of a newbie FTTS fan xP but I'm well-informed of their previous activities =)
Random: we live in the same time-zone (I'm such a dork). Good night ^^
Sinbihaeyo 08:48, 5 November 2006 (UTC)
Me again ^^
I was viewing your profile again, and now I think I know what you mean about FTTS. Individual pages per album right? It's a good idea =) How many have been done? I'm sorry I talked so much today >.< Well sleep calls.. xD

Yeah, they are really common, but they're also generally considered unacceptable for fair use purposes. The FAC crowd is generally pretty harsh on fair use issues, since the project as a whole uses fair use more than it's supposed to.

Somebody will probably object based on size, but don't worry about it. Those objections don't count, unless they can point to something missing from the article. There are definitely shorter featured articles (some of the hurricane articles are pretty tiny). Tuf-Kat 03:09, 9 November 2006 (UTC)

Well, the template isn't really required, but no matter what kind of web source it is, you need to fully identify it. That's usually taken to include giving the title, author and date of access, at least. The easiest way to give all that information is to just use Template:Citeweb. Perhaps you will gain more trust if you change that politically charged username? mirageinred 02:04, 11 November 2006 (UTC)

I don't see what is "politically charged" about my username. It's more of an admission that I carry some baggage - but then everyone else here does the same. What is "politically charged" about saying "Let the people back to their homes first, then let's discuss punishing the criminals who kept them out for so long"?
PalestineRemembered 21:27, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
By the way, Jews aren't criminals. mirageinred 22:10, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
That looks rather like an attempt to slur me. Fair-minded observers will note that I never mentioned the Jews, your attempt to introduce them looks a little bit like an attempt to incite anti-semitism.
PalestineRemembered 22:26, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
PS - as a member of a minority myself, I have a strong objection to this targetting of the Jews (or other minorities) in the fashion you seem intent on doing. I've been in cyber-space since 1987 .... I've never behaved in this fashion. What's your excuse?
PPS - you seem not to have made any attempt to answer the question - "When are you going to put down your gun and allow the people back to their homes?". PalestineRemembered 22:26, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
PPPS - I have a high regard for people who act in the calm fashion you've behaved! 10 days later, and you've made no attempt to censor my posting. Congratulations. We may disagree, but we'll both behave honourably. 19:10, 21 November 2006 (UTC)

Hi again,

Thanks for joining WikiProject Korea. Hope you'll consider joining the popular culture working group. I've just started the page, but input is needed from specialists such as yourself. Keep up the good work! Cheers, -- Visviva 04:25, 29 November 2006 (UTC)

Just saying hey!

You know even though we are almost complete opposites! I still thought I'd at least said 'hi' to you. - Teofil Bartlomiej 19:51, 30 November 2006 (UTC)

In response: It's my pen and theatre name, Teofil is Polish and means 'he who loves God' and Bartlomiej is the Polish variant of my real surname - I am very much so interested in the Polish people even though I don't have a drop in me.

I said we were complete opposites because I'm pro-Bush you're anti-Bush, I'm pro-life you're pro-choice, I'm Evangelical Christian you're Secular Humanist, I'm conservative you're liberal. Though you're nicer than I thought you'd be. I guess Anne Coulter has pre-concieved my view of liberals, does that make me liberally conservative? Where on the East Coast do you live? Teofil Bartlomiej 23:36, 30 November 2006 (UTC)

In Response:I forgot to add that I'm 14. And question: Clinton's regime was so corrupt why would you want him to come back? Teofil Bartlomiej 05:40, 1 December 2006 (UTC)

In response: Yeah I see what you mean. Well at least Bush is a whole lot better than Kerry or Gore could have ever done. Sorry, I don't mean to sound like some sort of Southern bigot but I don't want a Yankee Papist in the presidency. He say's he wants to be the next JFK, but I don't even like JFK even though he wasn't alive during my lifetime. I'm sorry I don't really trust Massachsetts. What about the Bush administration don't you like?

In response: I pretty much agree with those things you listed against him. But I don't want this to turn into the Religion forum on MySpace so I'll take your Bush-bashing and leave it alone. Anyway what's your real name?

in response: Yeah, Idk many liberals here in Texas (not saying there are't I'm just not exposed to any blue jack-ass behavior). And btw what made you all sec humanist? I'm not critisizing I'm just interested.

Well, there's no real official way to do it, AFAIK... You could just change it on the talk page. But it's probably best to do a peer review anyway. Tuf-Kat 01:45, 5 December 2006 (UTC)

Joo, Brian

Looks good. You did a good job on both the FTTS and Brian articles. You're lucky you can read Korean articles (that's why "my" articles like S.E.S. are left unreferenced :P). SKS2K6 03:36, 9 December 2006 (UTC) (By the way, I'm writing right after you sent me the message, but I saw the Brian Joo page earlier.)

Thanks dude :D SKS2K6 04:05, 9 December 2006 (UTC)

Article in need of cleanup - please assist if you can

I do not appreciate the changes you made to the Washington Kennewick Mission page

I created this page and your changes appear to be vandalism. Deleting a section of the page and putting "is a Mormonist church" is wrong. Crocoite 21:56, 12 December 2006 (UTC)

Thanks!

Thanks for commenting me a long time ago. I just noticed it.. I'm actually Sinbihaeyo =)

My last computer was infected with a lot of Trojans my little sister accidentally downloaded onto it, so I had to get a new one. The worst part is that I don't remember any of my passwords, so I can't sign into Wikipedia, nor send my password to my e-mail to retrieve. =/

I saw the Brian Joo article you did (At least I'm pretty sure it was you ^^ Your such a dedicated fan!) It's a great article =) I really enjoyed the new album as well (An English track! <3) Your username reminds me of Ayumi's new album Secret; simply lovely. Jewel and Momentum videos were just amazing. I know it might sound mean but I loved how she died at the end, it was so dramatic.

I know this is really random but I just went onto Fly High forums since I was just talking about Brian Joo, and he just posted something new! =O Talk about ironic ^^ You should check it out

Okay I think I've rambled enough. Thanks for everything! 12.219.77.168 08:53, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
