Nice start on your article draft. It would be helpful if you could add some links to other articles. Anything that the average reader would be unfamiliar with should probably be linked, so readers can learn more about the topic if they aren't already familiar with it.

I'm a little concerned about some of the sources you used. Zillow and Trulia are real estate websites, not reliable news sources. They don't have a reputation for fact-checking, or an editorial board, or history of doing scholarly research. They also have a vested interest when it comes to real estate prices, since they're trying to get people to buy property. They should have cited their sources for that information though - track down the original source and use that, or find some other reliable source. These sources though, don't meet the standard.
