Regarding your post on Talk:Percy Jackson
[edit]Hi there, Sassydemigod. I just wanted to clear up a couple of things about what Wikipedia is not. Unlike wikia, all facts presented on this site must be verified by a number of third-party sources, and be useful to a general audience (people completely unfamiliar with the subject in question). Facts such as those you mentioned in your talk page post generally do not meet these criteria, and so are classified as fancruft. While they are perhaps widely known by the fandom, and useful and/or humorous to others familiar with Percy Jackson, they wouldn't help a person who'd never heard of the franchise, and might turn them away from it entirely.
I would recommend that you create a Wikia account if you would like to help make these sorts of facts more well-known. If you'd like to continue working here on Wikipedia, I suggest you visit the Rick Riordan task force's pages. They have listed a number of ways Percy-Jackson-related articles could be improved (in ways that meet Wikipedia's guidelines) and would be more than happy to help you out.
Thanks for reading, and hope to still see you around. -- 2ReinreB2 (talk) 04:09, 14 June 2016 (UTC), from WP:RRTF. If you would like to continue this conversation please use the {{talkback}} template or put a message here.
