Addition to French Wikipedia
[edit]Hi Saturnalia0, I'm working on publishing Bottega Veneta from English to French. I am wondering if you have time to help me out. I found your username on Wikiproject:France and saw that you're fluent in both English and French. I have a paid COI regarding Bottega Veneta, but my main concern here is ensuring that the information available in English is available and up to date in French as well. I have a translated version of the article on my colleague’s Sandbox. Would you mind reviewing it for accuracy as well as its compliance with Wikipedia guidelines? Thanks!--Chefmikesf (talk) 00:47, 26 January 2018 (UTC)
- I'm B2, I'm far from being fluent in French. Saturnalia0 (talk) 14:19, 26 January 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I have brought the unfruitful Sarah Jeong discussion to dispute resolution and am notifying you because you have commented on the Talk page since August 3. Discretionary sanctions alert
[edit]This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have recently shown interest in living or recently deceased people, and edits relating to the subject (living or recently deceased) of such biographical articles. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect: any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or any page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.
- I am posting this on your talkpage out of an abundance of caution solely because you recently edited Talk:Sarah Jeong and, as the message says, not suggesting any policy violation by you. Abecedare (talk) 02:20, 5 August 2018 (UTC)
- Alrigtht, thanks. I have no further interest in the topic, though. Saturnalia0 (talk) 16:13, 25 August 2018 (UTC)
ArbCom 2018 election voter message
[edit]Hello, Saturnalia0. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2018 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 19 November 2018 (UTC)
RFC Request
[edit]Dear Fellow Wikipedian
I would like to invite you to my RFC request on the page One America News Networks. I am reaching out to you to include your expert opinion and your solution to this problem in the RFC request. Please also invite more editors so that we can have a fair discussion that will improve the page.
Kind Regards

[edit]Please do not attack other editors. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. Simonm223 (talk) 17:48, 16 July 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Hello Saturnalia0. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Nelogica, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Saturnalia0. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Saturnalia0|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. scope_creepTalk 23:55, 11 July 2022 (UTC)
- I have no vested interested in this topic... I write about relevant Brazilian startups in the pt wiki, you can check my account there. I decided to translate some here but it seems discouraging so far... Saturnalia0 (talk) 09:57, 19 July 2022 (UTC)
