The title is short and sweet, it gets to the point and it is followed by information that is important enough to be a lead section and completely describe what the article is about. The article itself so far is really well put together sections and has well organized sections. Its easy to follow and easy to read. There is no clear use of opinion in the sections which will allow you for a neutral insight on the topic. There are also many hyperlinks which I personally like because it allows for a deeper explanation about the subject itself and a deeper contribution from other reliable articles. I know you're probably going to add more into the failure subsection but if not I might add a little but more as to why it was difficult to get the people to move into this area.
