Your draft was promotional in nature, which is why it was deleted. A Wikipedia article should not talk up or promote the topic, it should neutrally summarize what independent reliable sources say about the topic, showing how it meets the special Wikipedia definition of notability. The existing article on weddings has a section on destination weddings. If you believe this should be a separate article, please make a case on Talk:Wedding. More specifically: you created a promotional article (now deleted) for a wedding planner called Blissful Plans, see the section above. After that was deleted, you have continued to promote Blissful Plans by adding spam links to it, here, here, here, here, and here.
