Request reason:

Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 66.250.190.29 vvvvvv. I was able to use Wikipedia freely before on a school network, but on a private (home) network I receive the IP block notification while attempting to editBSOD. Decline reason:

If you would like to edit as freely at home as you do at school, I recommend you go to WP:IPECPROXY and follow the instructions there in order to get IP block exemption. And do keep editing from school to build up your count ... that might help. — Daniel Case (talk) 07:10, 13 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
