'Inferior races' quote in Talk: Race and Intelligence

The quote is from the last paragraph of Lynn's 1974 review of _Bulletin of the British Psychological Society_. And I made a mistake: Lynn (from Cattell) talk about 'incompetent' races. ScottMacEachern 21:50, 2 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
