Hi - Sorry, but I'm afraid that you can't give permission to use what could well be someone else's copyright, Scott. You would need explicit permissions to release copyrighted material for use by Wikipedia and anyone elase who wishes to do so. See Wikipedia:Copyrights for more info. In any case, the correct response to a copyvio tag on this page is to follow the instructions and create a new non-copyright page following the large red link on the centre of the copyvio notice.
