Craftsman brand sale

Hi, I don't think it's accurate to say that Sears sold the Craftsman brand in January 2017. What they did was to enter into an agreement to sell it to Stanley Black & Decker and the deal will finalize sometime in 2017. See this article: http://www.chicagotribune.com/business/ct-sears-sells-craftsman-stanley-20170105-story.html. And here is the official Stanley/BD press release saying they entered into an agreement to purchase: http://ir.stanleyblackanddecker.com/phoenix.zhtml?c=114416&p=irol-newsArticle&ID=2234259. I respectfully think you should tweak your line in the intro to reflect that the deal is still pending. I could do it, but you are capable and asked for input. 5Q5 (talk) 14:50, 6 January 2017 (UTC)
