I'm not an administrator, all I can do is revert vandalism when I see it. --JD554 (talk) 19:07, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'm also not an administrator. The vandalism has stopped for a while, so a request for semi-protection may not be granted anyway. If it starts again, you can ask an admin to semi-protect/protect the article at Wikipedia:Requests for page protection. Regards. --Michig (talk) 20:02, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
From the content and frequency of vandalism I can't see a pressing need to protect at this moment, but will monitor. Agathoclea (talk) 21:04, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
As far as legal action would be concerned it would be very difficult against wikipedia but possible against the culprit with the help of wikimedia foundation as IP addresses ect have been logged. The person involved in such a lawsuit should also know that for the duration he can't edit here. Currently I think it is a case of giving them enough rope to hang themselves. I do monitor as I said above and have blocked two accounts today and a third was blocked by another admin earlier. Agathoclea (talk) 21:39, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Yes I'm aware that there's nowhere near enough material here to take legal action, but the edits are becoming more prevalent. Should they become more aggressive and persist over time, I wouldn't be surprised if the subject didn't go about seeking to have the individuals responsible officially warned by police for their conduct. Thanks for your time. Screaming Treeman (talk) 22:47, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
