M1NT is an exclusive members club offering a limited amount of invited individuals to apply to become shareholders. M1NT was founded in 2004 by Mr. Alistair Paton, from Australia. His concept came from the proven philosophy that ownership encourages patronage.

M1NT started in London with rave reviews and very quickly received attention from the international media and social elite, along with some of the world’s most recognized celebrities.

M1NT Hong Kong opened in 2006 to a blaze of publicity and is located at 108 Hollywood Road Central. Shareholders received dividends beyond company projections, according to the 2007 Hong Kong Shareholders report shares traded at 80% higher than when the club opened.

Mid 2008 M1NT expanded to Shanghai. Due to the exclusive nature of M1NT, most features of M1NT Shanghai as well as its list of celebrity shareholders is confidential and has met with much speculation in the local and international media.
