Virgo[edit]

Hi...I noticed you seemed somewhat in favor of an add-on content filter for Wikipedia when I originally proposed it, but didn't like the blanket censorship idea. The project has been entirely revamped within the past few months, and I think I've worked out all the potential problems. I'd appreciate it if you'd give it a second review. The project page is User:Bob the Wikipedian/Virgo, and the proposal is at Wikipedia:WikiProject Council/Proposals/Virgo. Thanks! Bob the Wikipedian (talkcontribs) 20:50, 16 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, just wanted to thank you for your sexuality illustrations. I'm so glad you've taken some of these acts out of the realm of porn and shown the actual tenderness and fun that makes sex so deep. I guess everybody has different opinions about what images could be "too much" and which are "just right" but the facial, fellatio, fingering, and mammary intercourse images remind me more of love than just banging. Kudos! Bottleman (talk) 05:02, 9 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you, I appreciate the kind words. When creating the illustrations, I purposely tried to distance them from the realm of pornography. I try to depict the acts as they would play out in real life, and the viewer is simply a fly on the wall. Again, thanks. --SeedFeeder (talk) 06:35, 9 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Image requests[edit]

Oral stimulation of nipples‎ currently has a rather shoddy drawing as an illustration. I wondered whether you might consider making up something useful for that page (I'm not terribly sure what it should look like). Thank you in advance for any help you can give! Image requests part Deux[edit]

Are you available for paid work? I am not terribly internet savvy and I didn't know how best to reach you, so I find myself here. I apologize if this isn't the best forum.

Providing you hold no personal moral or ethical objections, it would be very much appreciated if you would make images like these except creating 2 different new sets: one for gay and one for lesbian. Some articles (see Autofellatio) could definitely benefit from better 2D illustrations than ones being used currently. Thoughts? - ALLSTRecho wuz here @ 04:23, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure if I follow your line of reasoning. Though some of the illustrations I have created have an LGBT equivalent, many do not. Since heterosexual relationships are the statistical norm, it would seem logical that I produce images to fit that model. In the event a sexual act should be uniquely homosexual, I am open to creating images for that purpose. --SeedFeeder (talk) 05:42, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Well, it would be best to have actual images of 2 men doing what they do with each other, for use on related articles. I was saying that if you didn't have any personal moral or ethical objections to homosexuality, would you please make images featuring man-on-man and woman-on-woman for use in such articles? - ALLSTRecho wuz here @ 05:45, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I am a heterosexual, but I hold no prejudices toward homosexuals. If I can produce an image for an article you are interested in, then I am open to the suggestion. Unfortunately, I do not have the time to create a large body of images. But, if you would like to nominate a particular article (or two), then let me know. --SeedFeeder (talk) 05:56, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Well, I wasn't thinking about picking out any particular article as any man/man and woman/woman image could be used on the very same man/woman articles. So, with that in mind, I'll just ask for specific images... One image depicting two men having anal sex like (Not safe for work links) or this or like this or this. Another image would be for man/man 69 like this. And of course we also need an image for Autofellatio because of the raging debate to get rid of the photo in the article but no suitable replacement can be found. Thoughts? - ALLSTRecho wuz here @ 07:00, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

SVGs[edit]

Your illustrations are very good. But why do you upload only png version? You create them in a vector image manipulation program, don't you? Miraceti (talk) 01:18, 30 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I upload in png, because the are raster images, not vector based. I am terrible with vector based programs like Adobe Illustrator, but I understand the SVG are the preferred format on Wikipedia. So created my images to appear very similar to vectors, so if somebody was inclined, they could more easily be converted. --SeedFeeder (talk) 15:47, 30 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Illustrations[edit]

While I appreciate your illustrations and I expect you have your own range of interests, I was wondering if you had a gallery of any other work you've done? Also, out of passing interest, would you qualify the statement that *all* articles would be better off with video? 92.0.150.111 (talk) 21:37, 5 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I also really enjoy your illustrations and would be interested in a gallery or portfolio of your work; you really do give a non-porn like set of examples to obviously, somewhat stereotypical, pornographic subject matter (as was said before). Even the gokkun mention seemed nice and "sterile"...it didn't have that porno taste to it. Well done! All media should be added to applicable pages..the way to get meaning across is with images and videos. Encyclopedic material should be concise and get to the main hypostasis (hmm...sous-entendu?) of the subject, even for sexual articles.

I had to add you to my watchlist (actually, my first watchlist and this being even my first wiki comment ever), not only to check for new drawings, but also to watch the comments. (Love how people think you're wiki's paid sex illustrator, to work on command!) sorry if my english is not great!Vulgus zildrohar (talk) 16:18, 27 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for leaving a comment. I enjoy contributing illustrations to Wikipedia, and do not mind taking requests at all. Most of the illustrations I have added were brought about from requests. If the request meets my standards, and I have the time... I'll do it. Thanks again. --SeedFeeder (talk) 04:03, 28 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
So any progress on my requests above? - ALLSTRecho wuz here 04:10, 28 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
No, absolutely none. You requested images depicting male-on-male anal sex, and autofellatio. The articles on both of these topics already have images associated with them. Furthermore, I don't generally create illustrations to replace photographs, as photos appear to be the preferred image format. --SeedFeeder (talk) 07:07, 28 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You're sick[edit]

Ugh, that Gokkun picture is simply disgusting. --222.130.118.65 (talk) 09:26, 30 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

OK... thanks for letting me know. I appreciate such productive feedback. Perhaps I will be able to incorporate elements of your expansive and exhaustive critique into future illustrations. --SeedFeeder (talk) 10:28, 30 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Work Outside Wikipedia[edit]

Where can I reach you for paid work? I have a project I'd like you to consider. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.105.228.112 (talk) 16:00, 1 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Leave a valid email address and you will be contacted. Please keep in mind that my time is limited and I can not commit to creating a large volume of work. Thank you. --SeedFeeder (talk) 17:19, 1 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

PLEASE FIX[edit]

First, I am a BIG FAN, and you make beautiful pictures!! I just want to discuss one in particular. Please, before you get mad and blow me off, hear my out.

Recently I saw the main image under fellatio. I find the picture to be distasteful because it reaffirms negative sterotypes of permiscuity in african american females. From the image, it can be gathered that she is married (see the ring), but she is performing fellatio on an unmarried white man (lack of ring). Safe to conclude he is not her husband. Why not have a same race picture?? All other images on that page are of people of the same race. If it is not meant to be damaging, how come the image could not have been of a white woman on a black man?? Many white people would be offended, as I and other african americans find this image offending. I don't know how to edit it, I tried, but it didn't work (sorry), but PLEASE use the image from the oral sex page that shows a woman giving head to a man while in a 69.

Many people may not understand why it is offensive, so let me explain why. It depicts the stereotype of the "black, promiscuous, subserviant" female who "worships" the phallus of her white "master/king/overseer". This is no different than having an article about chicken and watermelon that states "this is the primary food source for black americans". It is just as much a stereotype. This stereotype has been one perpetuated by the white supremacist power structure since slave days in this country. Now, I in no way believe that you, the illustrator, intended this message, but this faux pas will definitely reaffirm the stereotype in the conscious/unconscious mind of the general public. As a lover of wikipedia, I believe it ALSO belongs to me, and I prefer that we use images that would not result in the defamation of any group of people, especially one that poses significant sensitivity in today's "still-evolving" racial climate.

It is possible that you may not understand, and may not see it as a big deal, but it would still be hurtful to many people. I don't ask that you delete it, I just ask that you use the other image or at least modify it. It would mean a great deal to myself and other african americans. Thanks. --Obscure323 (talk) 20:08, 1 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

First, let me state that I do not add or remove any of my images to Wikipedia articles. I simply create the illustrations and other Wikipedia editors incorporate them into articles as they see fit. As an editor yourself, you have the ability to remove the image from the article, if you feel so inclined.
Secondly, any racial overtones that you derive from my illustrations are purely ones of your own imagining. --SeedFeeder (talk) 16:59, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Any overtones percieved are because they do present an actual concern, its not that I am some insane persone imagining racial stereotypes or inventing them for purposes of argument. On that same note, I have said many times that you probably did not deliberately make this images that way, but of course, I do find it ironic that there is always a white male in the position of "power". Don't justify yourself, because you are an artist, and you don't have to. Don't feel like I am attacking you, I am not. Continue doing what you do best, making beautiful pictures, even though many of them do carry the tone of the "conquers subjugating the native bed wenches". I will find a way to fix it myself. Thanks for nothing. --Obscure323 (talk) 17:48, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Obscure323: In the culture I was raised in (I don't know if this is true for your culture, or that of the artist), that ring would be an engagement ring, not a wedding ring, and would appropriately be worn by a woman but not a man in the same relationship. As such, I read the image in part differently than you do. This point is not meant to be a comment on the rest of your argument, which I'm putting more thought into before responding, only a comment on your interpretation of the ring in the image as a wedding ring. --99.13.228.79 (talk) 19:15, 2 July 2009 (UTC) (Sorry, I thought I'd logged in. That comment was from me. --Joe Decker (talk) 19:16, 2 July 2009 (UTC) ) (And apologies, I see that point has been elsewhere raised, I didn't mean to reargue an old point. --Joe Decker (talk) 19:19, 2 July 2009 (UTC))[reply]

Power relationship of images[edit]

Hello Seedfeeder, I have commented on some of your images per a concern on Talk:Fellatio#Picture_depicts_stereotypes. I suspect this issue has been brought up before though, so I wanted to ping you to see if you had any feedback yourself or links to similar past concerns. Best, LagrangeCalvert<Talk / Contribs> 22:13, 1 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Oops, I just noticed the same talk page referenced by Obscure323 above. LagrangeCalvert<Talk / Contribs> 22:15, 1 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The issue of racial diversity appears to have been raised before, but THIS particular issue has not. At least as far as I can tell. (Sorry, today's my first day with a real account and I don't know how to do all the talk page stuff yet.)--Obscure323 (talk) 23:16, 1 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

My apologies, but as a general rule, I do not enter into debate about the content of the images I create. I have no control over how a particular illustration is interpreted by certain individuals. --SeedFeeder (talk) 17:07, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Apparently, you didn't even read what my request was. I wasn't asking yu to debate anything, I was asking you if you would be so kind as to create a different image or if you (or anyone for that matter)could explain how I replace that image with another image created by you. Again, I've had this account like less than 24 hours, I have no idea how to do it.--Obscure323 (talk) 17:51, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have read your comments, and fully appreciate your point of view. As I have stated before, I am not inclined to discuss the content of my work, nor how it may be perceived by others. If you find the work objectionable, then remove it from the article or replace it. Wikipedia provides an exhaustive help section that will allow a new editor, such as yourself, to accomplish this task.

As far as me creating a replacement image goes... I am very disinclined to do so. I rather expend my time creating new images for worthy articles, as opposed to recreating existing images to suit the tastes of individual editors.
Enjoy your time on Wikipedia and welcome! As far as discussion on this particular image goes, I consider the matter closed, because I have stated all I am going to say on the topic. --SeedFeeder (talk) 06:42, 3 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'm amazed![edit]

Wow. That's is simply WOW! When I first saw your pictures I wanted to know where they were. I thought they were from a website. I'm was very impressed that you were the creator of the files. Definitely keep up the good work! :) Cubs197 (talk) 18:08, 10 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the vote of confidence. --SeedFeeder (talk) 19:27, 12 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have to agree. After reading through your page, I cannot see these 'racial overtones' or 'oppressive positions of power'. Honestly people will see whatever they want...but that is off topic. Your art is top-shelf, very realistic while still being non-pornographic, and worthy of praise! Your dedication to Wikipedia is commendable! Aang-kai (talk) 04:10, 13 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. --SeedFeeder (talk) 06:30, 15 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

So glad to see you back![edit]

I'd been checking your contributions every few weeks hoping you'd return. I'm so glad to see you're back. Keep up the great work! :-) --MZMcBride (talk) 05:45, 25 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. It's good knowing that I have "fan" or two out there. -SeedFeeder (talk) 18:09, 25 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

hello, i was wondering if you'd be willing to provide some art for a non-wikipedia source (a record cover, to be precise) if you could contact me via my userpage, that would be super. thank you for your time. Magnifying Glass Man (talk) 01:31, 9 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

left contact on my userpage, thank you Magnifying Glass Man (talk) 18:27, 9 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Two petitions[edit]

Hi there, will be nice if you can make this illustrations:

That art will complete the series with Fingering and Mammary intercourse. Thanks. --220.16.156.216 (talk) 06:54, 10 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Over this one your artwork is accurate, scientific and of course excellent. If you have time, would you consider someday to illustrate this article?, it gets over 2000 visits a day, I know it's not easy to put there a proper graphical representation, but you've done it great before in many issues. As always thank you very much. --202.158.237.73 (talk) 19:27, 29 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
