Request reason:

I'm not a sockpuppet of NisarKand. The admin Nishkid64 is a high school teenager who is blocking everyone as a sockpuppet of NisarKand. See link to one of his wrong blocking below this unblocking request, all the way at the bottom. This is probably his obessesion or his anger with people logging on in Pakistan. Nishkid is Indian and we know that India and Pakistan are major rivals of one another. I'm a white American Citizen (a Diplomat) living in Islamabad, Pakistan, on a temporary stay. I'm not into this war between Hindu India and Pakistanis. I don't know User:NisarKand and why was he banned from Wikipedia anyway?

Your defense does not hold water. This account was created in January, 2007, edited about a dozen times after creation, then went dormant for 2 years, until May 8, 2009. It returned to activity on June 9, 2009 and completed a properly formatted SPI request, with intimate knowledge of a complex sockpuppetry case. This was about the 20th edit this account ever made. I'm not using multiple accounts. I'm not an average editor on here, I just do very little by staying annon most of the time. Islamabad, where I'm located, is headquarters of all the different Embassies and many international organizations and schools. Blocking my IP is also blocking all these institutions. Anyway have it your way, a simple minded young Indian teenager living in America blocked me because he thinks I'm a Pakistani, people he doesn't like. I'm well aware that you infidels (Athiests + Jews + Hindus + Shias + Christians, etc.) all work together against the peace loving Muslims. May you infidels suffer to a miserable death.
