I do not understand the block. No specific reason is given. I would like another administrator to review the block — preferably an administrator who does not volunteer for such a review.

Decline reason:

You are blocked for sockpuppetry, that is the abusive use of multiple accounts. A proper investigation was made and it seems likely you are in fact the same user. See the link below.
