I started the page for you from records at SOAS (it's a link), but didn't have time to finish it - please run with it if you are still interested in the page! Also, page 274 of Guy Arnold's book "Africa: A modern History" mentions that his sacking from Finance Minister in Tanganyika was due to his policies being perceived as too pro-West/pro-Capitalist by the Left-wing members of TANU, so they declared him "not eligible for citizenship", thus making him ineligible for a ministerial position (he was designated a "financial advisor" instead), so you might want to integrate that in :). --Tiresais (talk) 15:54, 18 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
