costarfinder application tracker Thecostar inc is an android application created by a programer and computer scientist sam william on dec 2016 in now the ceo thecostar inc The costar inc company . it tracks calls ,sms, location and remote phones and enables the userr to access their phone from their accounts on the companies website mostly used by parents to track their kids, spouces who wish to see their patners activities and some attached their phones on other objects to track them and take remote photos..the company is popular for creating popular programs and websites to their clients
