On playing the organ late at night

Hi, Sgerbic. Nice info here! Just a pedantic point, though: it's better to use permanent links. Then people won't have to dig into the page history to find what you're referring to (which is now gone from the page). Bishonen | tålk 10:56, 2 March 2024 (UTC).

Relax. Lighthumormonger (talk) 17:12, 5 March 2024 (UTC)

Hi there, yeah, not quite great at that. I'm most content when I'm active.Sgerbic (talk) 17:20, 5 March 2024 (UTC)

I find that sometimes I write a little better when I feel "relaxingly active." According to the "Akashic Halls of the Temple of MediaWiki," this is a certain state of "editorial enlightenment," but I have yet to master this state of mind continuously. 🥳 Lighthumormonger (talk) 17:51, 5 March 2024 (UTC)

Invitation to join the Ten Year Society

Dear Sgerbic/Archives/2024/03,

I'd like to extend a cordial invitation to you to join the Ten Year Society, an informal group for editors who've been participating in the Wikipedia project for ten years or more.

Best regards, Gronk Oz (talk) 00:59, 20 March 2024 (UTC)

Ahhhh thank you for thinking of me! I've put it at the top of my talk page with honor. I think it's close to 16-years for me, I think I made my first edit in 2008. I didn't have a clue what I was doing for many years. :-) Congrats for your 10th anniversary Gronk! Sgerbic (talk) 01:32, 20 March 2024 (UTC)
I asked once about the Fifteen Year Society and was told just added it, no need for an invitation. Doug Weller talk 08:48, 20 March 2024 (UTC)
Thank you Gronk and Doug - have updated my talk page! Sgerbic (talk) 16:31, 20 March 2024 (UTC)
Thanks, Doug - While looking at the example on your user page, I stole both the WikiBirthday userbox with the dates filled in, and also your trick for a re-usable menu at the top of the page!--Gronk Oz (talk) 06:04, 21 March 2024 (UTC)
You're welcome! I probably stole it from someone else anyway a decade or more ago. Doug Weller talk 08:48, 21 March 2024 (UTC)
