[edit]We already have an article Content management systems, and yours seemed only intended as a vehicle for adding "spamlinks" to www.oglacs.com. Wikipedia is not for advertising or promotion of any kind. Also, your user page is not the place for articles - user pages (starting with "User:") are intended for people who are here to help with the project of building an encyclopedia to say a little about themselves, if they wish, to help communication with other users.
