Hello Sharifhashimi, please read Wikipedia:Verifiability. We can surely include the information you would like to include in the article, but we need a good source for it. If you have found such a source, please put it at the article's talk page, so we can discuss it. Thanks! ☿ Apaugasma (talk ) 00:16, 6 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I have not added a promotional material as you are not aware of the true reality of our own tribe and family names that exists I am one of the sons which is named in the Reer Sharif Hashim Banū Hāshim and my own two brothers names Sharif Habib and Sharif Munye are my two brothers and we are the sons of Sharif Hashim Banū Hāshim a predominant and we'll known Ashraf in Marca (Meeks Cadeey) in Somalia. Our great grandfather was one of the merchant came from Makkah in Saudi Arabia. If you need a proof I can provide you a copy of our family documents. You have no right to deny what's our family writes to publish in WikiPedia even if I have to take actions against WikiPedia I will do so make no mistake. Please provide email address to submit our family deeds and ID. Sharifhashimi (talk) 01:55, 6 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again Sharifhashimi! I'm not a member of a Somali clan, nor is this relevant. As I've pointed out on the article talk page, reliable sources like Ioan Lewis say that other Somali clans apart from the Asharaf also claim Arab, and indeed Hashimite descent. We merely report what such sources say, this is the nature of this website. Unfortunately, your family documents would be what we call primary sources, which are not acceptable. We need independent, secondary (experts who have written about such documents), and scholarly sources.
It would be great if you could come up with those, but I would totally understand if you couldn't, since finding such sources can sometimes be very difficult. Google Scholar and Google Books are a good places to start, but honestly in this case I think you will have to go through bibliographies and specialized encyclopedias, and check what they refer to.
One more note: please also mind Wikipedia:No legal threats. ☿ Apaugasma (talk ) 02:35, 6 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
