1. Why did you create 150 blank talk pages, almost all of which were user talk pages? Creating a user talk page causes the user to receive a notification, which is disruptive when you are not sending them a message. One of the users for whom you created a talk page asked you about it in Special:Diff/982913024, but you responded by deleting their comment in Special:Diff/982913589 – why did you do this?
2. Why did you make hundreds of unconstructive edits to pages like Draft:Chhatini, Draft:Nasigram, and Draft:Hanrgram? Making edits for the purpose of inflating your edit count is a form of gaming the system, and is not allowed on Wikipedia.
