It's a fair use image showing the comic book character as it was, with the descriptions. We don't just let users go around changing pre-existing fair use images. I've also blocked you for failure to adhere to warnings. I suggest that you edit the Russian Wikipedia at ru: because we are obviously having a language barrier conflict here as well.
