If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Vipin Gupta requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. When you contest the deletion of an article (as you did here, you need to actually give a reason why you are contesting the deletion (i.e. why do you think this subject merits inclusion in Wikipedia). WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 17:06, 29 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Vipin gupta, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing no content to the reader. Please note that external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article don't count as content. Moreover, please add more verifiable sources, not only 3rd party sources. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, contest the deletion by clicking on the button that looks like this: which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the article's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. AndrewWTaylor (talk) 17:38, 29 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Vipin Gupta requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, individual animal(s), an organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject of the article is important or significant: that is, why an article about it should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you can assert the importance of the subject, . Clicking that button will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the article's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. You may freely add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

Removing Speedy at Vipin Gupta[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia, thank you for taking the time to create a page here. It might not have been your intention, but you recently removed a speedy deletion tag from a page you created yourself. Because Wikipedia policy does not allow the creator of the page to remove deletion tags, an automated program has replaced the deletion tag you removed from Vipin Gupta. Please do not continue to remove the deletion tag, instead, if you disagree with the deletion, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the page by clicking this link. Once there, select the button that says Click here to contest this speedy deletion.
  2. This will take you to the talk page, where you can make your case by explaining why the page does not meet Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion.

Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do. For further help about the deletion, you could contact the user who first placed the tag or a highly active user who is willingly to help with deletion. This message was left by a bot, so please do not contact the bot about the deletion. Thank you, - SDPatrolBot (talk) 18:02, 29 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Vipin Gupta. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Click here to contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. - SDPatrolBot (talk) 18:08, 29 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. The next time you remove a speedy deletion notice from a page you have created yourself, as you did at Vipin Gupta, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. - SDPatrolBot (talk) 18:19, 29 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

User pages[edit]

It is considered very rude to edit another user's User Page, as you did with this edit. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 18:47, 29 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Apparently you just don't get it[edit]

Dude, stop recreating the Vipin Gupta page. You're just not notable enough for a Wikipedia article, and if you keep recreating the page, you'll find yourself blocked. Take a look at the Your First Article page and see if there is any advice there on creating a page (about something other than yourself) that might be useful. Good luck! MfD nomination of User:Shen.gupta[edit]

User:Shen.gupta, a page you substantially contributed to, has been nominated for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Shen.gupta and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of User:Shen.gupta during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. --Chris (talk) 16:27, 30 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Rather than disrupting the process by removing the MfD template or by attempting to forestall the process by placing the "under construction" template, why not engage in the process and actually make a comment at the MfD as to why you think your user page should be allowed to remain? refering user:shen.gupta[edit]

the information on this page is important as true as per my knowledge, it is undergoing processing and further being progress to additional information about the content on this page. 04:15, 1 October 2011 (UTC)Vipin

Please read the policies that were mentioned in the MFD entry. Your user page is to be used to describe your activities on Wikipedia, not your social life in general. Whether or not the information is true (or important, although certainly your "Personal life" section is neither important nor even very coherent) is immaterial. Wikipedia is not a webhost for you to post your personal profile. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 12:40, 1 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

October 2011[edit]

Please do not write an article about yourself, as you did at Engineer Vipin Gupta. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline Writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later. (See Wikipedians with articles.) Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see Why was my page deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss it with the deleting administrator. Thank you.
