8./-I think im still blocked, everytime i try to create the page User:ShmileyJones/monobook.css it gives me that message. do i need permissions to create pages or can i do it as a newly registered user?--ShmileyJones 23

You should be able to create pages as long as you have an account. There may be some restrictions on creating a monobook file if you're a very new editor; I'm not familiar with them if that's the case, but it may well be. · Katefan0^(scribble)/poll 23:41, 18 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
