Nomination of Universal classification for deletion

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Universal classification is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

Shpackov A.A. 95% of UDC classification units (classificants) are multiworded. Therefore words of documents and subject requests had become sentences and their sentences had become texts being indexed by UDC classificants (rubrics)or they are distorted in 99% cases of indexing. It is reason of information subject retrieval crisis (see Internet thematic deliveries). The Universal Classification classificant are single worded, and they help exactly index to the sence of words and sentences of knowledge and subject requests. Universal Classification is names of objects, phenomena, laws, disciplines and practices had been ordered occording time, space, matter, origination, universality, specificity and so on relations their matter forms and attributes. UDC is information-retrieval "linguage" (It is really indexing "dictionary"), it is well known, have been used to make serach subject images of docements and for tansforming subject requests to subject instructions for searchers (piple or/and serach engines). Therefore UDC`s thrue name is Universal Decimal Indexing Dictionary having random maden disciplines order of subjects - theme search signs of documents [M.Dewey. Abridged decimal classification and relative index for libraries, clippings, notes, etc. Boston: Library Bureau, 192 pp., 1894]. UC is thrue and only classifixcation or Knowledge World Picture. UDC and UC are principally different intellectual products: UDC is product of information-retrieval linguists, UC - philosoph. UC shows time, space, matter, generic, structural, universal, specific and others hiersrhic relatuion of objects, signs, laws, science disciplines and practice spheres, but UDC have not. [Шпаков А.А.
