Disambiguation link notification for October 2[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Mundi, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Ring and Commercial (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Edits to Mundi[edit]

Hello, Shreyansh K Jain, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your edits to the page Mundi have not conformed to Wikipedia's verifiability policy, and may be removed if they have not yet been. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media. Always remember to provide a reliable source for quotations and for any material that is likely to be challenged, or it may be removed. Wikipedia also has a related policy against including original research in articles. As well, all new biographies of living people must contain at least one reliable source.

If you are stuck and looking for help, please see the guide for citing sources or come to the new contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

Sir I can very work on edit as Mundi and if yo change them that is wrong sir please changed it...

Your edits are not gone. Every previous edition of an article is available. For Mundi, click on "prev" before a version you want to see on this page. The article has just been reverted to a previous version. While you have contributed lots of facts, on wikipedia, it is necessary to provide citations to your contributions. This is done to avoid any one from putting up false information and claim it to be true.

You can see what information I removed here

I have copy-pasted the previous version here, User:Shreyansh K Jain/Mundi, where you can safely edit without any controversy. Once done with editing and adding references, you can make changes to the main article.

Be free to ask for any help. Happy editing! Fauzan✆ talk ✉ email 08:00, 13 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Shreyansh K Jain SK requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

Speedy deletion nomination of Shreyansh K Jain SK[edit]

Hello Shreyansh K Jain,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Shreyansh K Jain SK for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. JohnCD (talk) 11:06, 8 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia is not for writing about yourself[edit]

Hi. Welcome to Wikipedia, but it is not a place like LinkedIn or Facebook for people to write about themselves. It is a quite different sort of site, a project to build an encyclopedia, so it is selective about subjects for articles, and writing about oneself is strongly discouraged, for reasons explained at Wikipedia is not about YOU and Wikipedia:Autobiography. The links in the Welcome message at the top of this page will tell you more about Wikipedia. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 11:08, 8 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on The Indian Transporter, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
