Just added the content, because I find it amusing and refreshing that a reporter can take some light hearted shots about his point of view. If you listen to his appearance on the Dan Patrick show it is pretty amusing. As Olbermann says on the show, as long as he plays it straight in his journalist roll, no point in hiding his views.

Great Ten

First lets get a couple of things straight, my GreatTen image was put in the system before the jpeg image. My page Great Ten (comics)was also built ahead of the Great Ten page. I offered to roll my into into that page and make my own page a redirect. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

Google Pack article

Adsense has no policy that is complicit with Wikipedia nor would it ever assume such liability. Nor can adsense suspend the link. External Links which are purely associated with the subject matter is common at Wikipedia. The relevancy is there. However, you will be reported to Wikipedia for your edits. You seem to be mistaken. I have a problem with you using the Google Pack article to generate money for yourself via Google Adsense referrals. This is unethical at best and using Wikipedia for personal gain at worst. --sigmafactor 22:57, 3 February 2007 (UTC)

I responded to your request for a third opinion by providing some responses to the anonymous comments on the Google Pack talk page and by submitting the page for semi-protection. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
