Survey

Hi Silentaria!

I have put together a survey for female editors of Wikipedia (and related projects) in order to explore, in greater detail, women's experiences and roles within the Wikimedia movement. It'd be wonderful if you could participate!

It's an independent survey, done by me, as a fellow volunteer Wikimedian. It is not being done on behalf of the Wikimedia Foundation. I hope you'll participate!

Just click this link to participate in this survey, via Google!

Any questions or concerns, feel free to email me or stop by my user talk page. Also, feel free to share this any other female Wikimedians you may know. It is in English, but any language Wikimedia participants are encouraged to participate. I appreciate your contributions - to the survey and to Wikipedia! Thank you! 741st Tank Battalion Article

Hi: back in Dec 2008, you put a tag on the subject article that, "This article does not cite any references or sources. Please help improve this article by adding citations to reliable sources. Unsourced material may be challenged and removed. (December 2008)". I agree. By last month it had become something of a rambling article that included too much info and things that needed to go into new articles. I found it was easier to do a wholesale rewrite--hated to do that--and finally add some references using primary sources so that it would have some authority and academic rigor to it.

However, I'm a newbie contributor to wikipedia and don't know how to get the tag off. Since you put it there, can you please remove it now? And let me know how, so I can do it next time if I encounter another one?

Thanks. Greg — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bilhartz (talkcontribs) 06:02, 15 March 2012 (UTC)

Nope, I'm not; my wiki username is from an old domain name (silent-aria.com) I owned back when I was in college. :) -- SilentAria talk 16:30, 23 March 2013 (UTC)
