Do you have a pdf version? If so I would like to add it to several Wiki pages as an external link, which will avoid the potential conflict of interest of you adding it. Thanks for the reply, I look forward to a pdf if it can be done. I was always rather dubious about a "learning curve" but quite favourable to an equipment and supply or "mobilisation" curve, which made Krause's exposition of methods often described as beginning in late 1916 or 1917 rather convincing. Possible conflict of interest
