"Easter-egg" links[edit]

Hi, I noticed that you've been adding a series of links like this [1] to various articles. I'm sorry but I don't think they are a very good idea. These are what we call easter-egg links, i.e. they are non-transparent to the reader, and that's particularly problematic in lead sentences that are already very heavily linked, leading to a "sea of blue" situation. Can you please refrain from making more of these? Fut.Perf. 20:03, 8 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited South Africa, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Native South Africans (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
