Moved article to draft for now[edit]
Hi Sitong M. I moved Accent in English from Mandarin speakers to User:Sitong M/Accent in English from Mandarin speakers, including all your edits. I think you've got a start to a section of an article right now, but it's much too soon to have it stand on its own.
Remember that a wikipedia reader comes to a topic because they want to read about it, if the topic is a regional dialect of english that is spoken by those who also speak mandarin, everything in the article should be focused on that. If link terms like Mandarin Chinese a reader can learn those facts at their discretion. Someone might want to know is this a pronounced accent or dialect? Where is it geographically? How did it come about? What features differentiate it? That's a tall order to do at once, but if you start answering the basic questions about the subject you'll be able to give context for the tougher ones.
Also, you don't need to make a huge article to start. Instead of making a new page, you could add a few paragraphs to a section on english regional accents.

Those edits chopped a lot of material and I'm sorry for that. But community editors are used to pretty terse writing and I want to make sure that expectation is clear. Nomination of Mandarin as a Heritage Language in Toronto for deletion[edit]
A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Mandarin as a Heritage Language in Toronto is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.
