Do you imagine this as a sort of regular BarnRaising/mutual aid ritual?

On the spirit of the "awesome" lists, there's also https://codeberg.org/teaserbot-labs/delightful which is part of a wider project too. Nemo 22:39, 24 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @Nemo bis:! Yes, a light barnraising that has the side-effect of maintaining a list of 'featured projects' that can be picked up and advanced whenever someone has time, energy, resources, &c. or just needs inspiration. Thanks for that delightful link :) – SJ +
I also like the spirit of the copyediting / design labs / peer review that help anyone who asks, but letting people focus their efforts on a collective subset (in the barnraising fashion). We give ridiculously little attention to featured content [which is a version of this], but at least the mechanism exists. – SJ + 20:33, 25 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Of course this can be done w/o ψ, maybe the continuous awards make more sense that way. But it would also be interesting to quantify support for more complex projects that are stuck on something -- since we historically have a hard time prioritizing those efforts. – SJ +
