Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Extraterrestrial life has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): \bblog(?:cu|fa|harbor|mybrain|post|savy|spot|townhall)?\.com\b (links: http://overjordiskt.blogspot.com). If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, or similar site, then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 13:34, 26 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Messianic Christianity requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for organizations and companies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Messianic Christianity and Alternative Judaism

[edit]

Please note that the article is titled Alternative Judaism. Messianic Christianity is not a form of Judaism and therefore does not belong in the article. If you persist in adding it, you will be blocked. — Malik Shabazz Talk/Stalk 21:24, 9 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I do not understand your point of view. The head line is: "Alternative movements OUTSIDE Judaism", so that means that the text I wrote is valid. The organization commemorates some jewish traditions as well. 11.45 pm 9 april 2010. /Skraddarbacken

The organization is not notable (see WP:FRINGE) and is not regarded as having any connection to Judaism. — Malik Shabazz Talk/Stalk 02:47, 10 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 15:03, 7 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Stop

[edit]

Stop spamming your website all over Wikipedia. It's all been reverted and will continue to be. If you don't stop on your own, the website will be blacklisted and your account will be blocked. Consider this a formal warning. --Steven J. Anderson (talk) 22:25, 17 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Jewish Christian with this edit do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used as a platform for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Tgeairn (talk) 22:35, 18 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

How do I answer?--Skraddarbacken (talk) 22:41, 18 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Suggestion

[edit]

Skraddarbacken, here is what I suggest you do. First, stop creating external links to messianic-christianity.org. That's more likely to get you blocked than anything else you're doing. Second, spend some time editing on a completly different topic. Learn your way around here. Do some copyediting, artilce improvement. Find some sources for things that need them. The article you created is probably going to be deleted. Don't worry about it. If the subject is sufficiently notable, you can always make another one after you learn your way around. Wikipedia is not the place to right great wrongs (such as the fact that there's no article about Messianic Christians). It's probably starting to seem like people are out to thwart everything you do, but they're really not. It's just that new editors can make a lot of mistakes with the result that their work is frequently undone.

Once you've spent some time here and have learned your way around, once you've started to understand some of Wikipedia's policies, you'll be better able to judge whether Messianic Christianity passes the notability standards required for a Wikipedia article. If it does you'll be able to write an article that stands a good chance of being kept. Other editors have posted links at the top of this talk page to help you. The folks who have said that they hope you stay and enjoy editing here really do mean it, but you have to stop doing the things you've been told to stop doing so you don't end up blocked from editing before you have a chance to find out whether you want to stay or not.

Good luck and happy editing. --Steven J. Anderson (talk) 12:48, 19 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I understand a little more now. Thank you very much for explaining. Kindest regards --Skraddarbacken (talk) 16:39, 19 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Messianic Judaism article

[edit]

Hi, I removed the paragraph you added titled 'Messianic Christianity' from the 'Messianic Judaism' article, for the reasons cited in my edit summary. If you'd like to add text on this topic, let's discuss on that article's Talk page, as you really need to provide a convincing explanation of what "Messianic Christianity" is and how it should relate to "Messianic Judaism". Thanks... Zad68 (talk) 18:56, 22 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Messianic Christianity requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Zad68 (talk) 03:28, 26 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I had previously removed the content at that link and redirected the page. The redirect title is a logical and concievable search term for Messianic Judaism, so I believe it is a reasonable redirect for the other article, but I don't support it being an independent article. I've removed the speedy tag. -- Avanu (talk) 03:43, 26 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
