Spam

[edit]

Please do not add commercial links or links to your own private websites to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or a mere collection of external links. You are, however, encouraged to add content instead of links to the encyclopedia. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thanks. —Khoikhoi 05:00, 10 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Serge, I'm very sorry, but Wikipedia is simply not a place to promote or advertise your website. Wikipedia does not grow by adding external links, it grows when content is added to articles. You are welcome to remove other links that you may see as spam. I've just went ahead and removed the two you mentioned. However, please...promote your website elsewhere. This is not the place. —Khoikhoi 20:16, 29 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I don't know who added the News section originally, but go ahead and delete the section. Please. Pakistan, for example, is a featured article, and look how many external links it has. That's why I added the tag to the Armenia article. —Khoikhoi 20:38, 29 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I cant delete. I was born for creation. Serge

You have recently re-created the article ArmTown. This was deleted in accordance with Wikipedia's deletion policies. Please do not re-create the article: if you disagree with the article's deletion, you may ask for a review at Wikipedia:Deletion review. Proposed deletion of Blockade of Armenia

[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Blockade of Armenia, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

Wikipedia is not for advocacy, essays, etc.

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.
