Hi there, I'm always happy to explain my decisions. Basically to be speedily deleted an article should make no assertion of notability. As sentence such as "Mr. Tom also developed the first SSOC, self subscribed owners collective, called Lenotic." is an assertion. That isn't to say that the article is a good one and should stay, it just means it can't be deleted without any further discussion. Assertion is a bit of a grey area, I tend to think that unless the claim is outlandish (e.g. he's the best person in the world ever!) it deserves a bit of leeway.

The are other means of getting an article removed. If can either be prodded or you could start an Articles for deletion discussion. If an article is prodded it will be deleted in five days if no-one disagrees with your reasons. An AfD discussion is an open forum where you state your opinion, others state theirs and there is hopefully at the end of it a consensus.
