Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. Getting free images

Regarding your query on how to get "free" images- you can run an advanced search on Flickr for creative commons licenses (with full freedom - ie including commercial usage) - some results include http://www.flickr.com/photos/usacehq/5486018377/ and http://www.flickr.com/photos/usacehq/5905263661/ which are by Federal agencies in the USA. Shyamal I got written permission to use a photo on my page.

My question is where would I upload this image, I was given written permission to use it but I would think it would still be Mr. Lang's work and still copyrighted for any other reproduction other than the use on the Emergency Wetlands Act of 1986 page on Wikipedia. That statement would make the image "non-free" and would not be permissible on commons.wikimedia.org - There are suitable images on Flickr - see the results of this search and any of those would be uploadable to Wikimedia Commons (a sister site that allows the same images to be used in all language versions of Wikipedias), which is where you would upload them.
