Request reason:

I will make no further edits to cupping therapy. You mistake my satirical humor as trolling. I was trying to provoke discussion and even attempt to make possibly even one small change. One tiny change or addition to the edit page of cupping therapy would have been: Cupping or 拔罐 (báguànr) is a type of Chinese massage that consists of attaching several hollowed-out glass “cups” to the body. These cups work to massage soft tissue, by pulling and stretching the skin. This occurs through a vacuuming process in which these cups literally adhere to the persons body, “sucking” skin up into the cups. (http://blogs.transparent.com/chinese/cupping/). Was the inclusion of the humorous (to some trolling) yet vulgar description of alternate def to cupping a step to far? I would imagine it blocked the other statements I made in talk justifying my reasons for it. I should have kept it out and explained logically my argument. Please see those arguments other than the "Alternate" piece I did. But other than that lesson learned on my part. My most humble apologies.----Smunkyslap (talk) 03:13, 23 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Looking at [1], you clearly aren't here to contribute productively to the Wikipedia, and your unblock request hardly addresses this at all. Yamla (talk) 12:22, 23 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I admit my mistakes in my editing of cupping therapy. I have reread the policies in regards to inputing onto Wikipedia and realize that I was wrong. What I did was trolling and is against Wikipedia policies. I will not do it again. I will adhere to the policies of Wikipedia.--15:11, 23 August 2016 (UTC)Smunkyslap (talk)

At this point you will need to explain what (and how) you would edit if unblocked. Huon (talk) 00:53, 24 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Will adhere to proper edits in accordance with Wikipedia community customs. I will not make disruptive edits that do not contribute positively or constructively to the community. Please take an opportunity to see my past edits to my hometown page of Adrian, Oregon (1June2016) https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Adrian,_Oregon&action=history ... My actions on cupping therapy page did not encourage others to edit or input. Instead it only dissuaded others from doing just that.Smunkyslap (talk) 03:44, 24 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Your past edits to Adrian, Oregon include the introduction of broken formatting. PhilKnight (talk) 23:43, 29 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • You should not make duplicate unblock requests, one wrapped in "==" and one beneath - I've removed the "==" version again. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 08:03, 24 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
