Hi Scott -- Nice work completing your training. You might try visiting some of your classmates' talk pages and starting a conversation. I look forward to your edits. LLRungegordon (talk) 21:52, 18 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Possible Articles for Modification

[edit]

The first article I might like to add to is Autoethnography. I would like to add a paragraph under the section "Types, areas, and approaches of autoethnography" about autocritography. In this I would explain the origin of the phrase by Henry Louis Gates, Jr., and its subsequent use by Michael Awkward.

The second possible article for changing is Passing (racial identity). I would add a bit about Langston Hughes as another author who addresses it in his work. I also might link the wikipedia page about the concept of "tragic mulatto," since it mentions Passing by Larsen.

The third possibility is the biography page for Thomas Moore (spiritual writer), a highly influential mentor for me. I might include some information about some book awards his work has won and some other basic biographical information that is missing here but found on his own site.
