talk comments[edit]

Hey Snoozebob just as a note you may want to create a new section when you are discussing something on a talk page. Just a general comment. Hope it helps. Speedymarathon (talk) 19:25, 2 December 2009 (UTC)speedymarathon[reply]

deletion[edit]

Hi, I'm sorry if you felt that deleting your article was biting you, the reason for deletion was simply a statement of why I deleted, which I am required to give. It contained nothing personal or aggressive. I don't understand the US comment, nor your self-comment above.

Your article had already been tagged by others as being confusing, having issues and needing clean-up and wikifying before i came to it. It lacked any independent verifiable sources to confirm notability of the subject. More seriously, it contained promotional claims that lacked verification, such as He was also an accomplished Composer, pianist and organist

There is no problem with your English, despite your assertion on my talk page, but you need to look at how to write an article. I looked at Simon Rattle as the first musician who came to mind, and you will see that his article has references and wikilinks. There is nothing to stop you recreating, but you do need to put in a little work. Jimfbleak - talk to me? 18:56, 1 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If you haven't saved the text and want to work on it, let me know and I'll sandbox the deleted text for you (incidentally, I'm not an American anyway) (: Jimfbleak - talk to me? 07:06, 2 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
